What is an EID and where to I find it?
EID (“Embedded Identity Document”) is the serial number that is assigned to any eSIM enabled device.
Your EID can be found in the following screens.
You can use the Copy and Paste functions to use the value in the registration process on our web site.
iPhones: Settings > General > About
Android phones: Settings > About phone > Status information

How do I install my T-Mobile eSIM?
During the registration process on our web site you will be asked for the IMEI of your phone or the EID.
Both numbers can be found for iPhones in the Settings > General > About section.
With one of the above numbers, T-Mobile will provision your eSIM remotely via the network and you will receive a notification in Settings.

How do I check my consumption and balance?
You can dial from your T-Mobile number the following option:
For minutes used: Dial #646# and press Send
For data usage: Dial #932# and press Send
For your account balance and plan information: Dial #225# and press Send
